4. Representation and Warranties:
   • You represent and warrant that the submitted music does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.
   • You represent and warrant that the submitted music does not contain any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
5. Indemnification:
   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Soundtrek, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your submission and the use of your music as permitted under these terms.
6. Termination:
   • The Soundtrek reserves the right to terminate your registration and remove your music from its platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
7. Modification of Terms:
   • The Soundtrek reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Soundtrek operates.
