Your dashboard shows each submission as Submitted, Pending review, Approved or Denied, with A&R feedback (Great job, Needs work, Wrong format). Submissions stay in consideration for up to 18 months.
Submission guidelines
- File format. MP3 to submit. WAV and stems when you’re selected.
- Lyrics. A PDF lyric sheet for any track with vocals.
- Song details. Original title, retitled track (if any), composers and a short description of the theme or inspiration.
- Metadata. Genre, full song or instrumental, tempo, length, BPM and key, filled in completely and accurately.
- Ownership. You own 100% of the song or have written consent from every co-owner, and every sample is cleared.
- Stems on approval. If your song is approved, deliver stems within 10 days so the placement doesn’t stall.
- Quality. Mixed, mastered and radio-ready. Our mix and master services can help.
